Are airport transfers included?

Yes, a group transfer is pre-arranged to and from Ubud on both day 1 and day 6.

Are meals included?

Yes, all meals are taken care of and the food is clean, healthy and

nutritious traditional Balinese food.

Alcohol is not included in the price or sold at the retreat. You may definitely BYO. 

What type of exercise will we be doing? 

The retreat includes lots of barre and Yoga as well as Pilates and treks.

When is it?

21-26 May 2017

Its best to stay in Ubud for a night before.We suggest Sankara which is around $150 per night,

its gorgeous and worth the $$, but there are many options in Ubud including AirBNB if you

wanted cheaper.You may wish to stay for a couple of nights after the trip in Seminyak (TS Suites)

for some pool, cocktail and shopping time!
