Beginner Yoga 6 Week starter Course
Feeling like you would like to try Yoga, but that challenge looked a bit overwhelming and you're not quite sure where to start?  Our course acts as a friendly introduction into the practice of yoga and meditation with a meet up every Saturday for 6 weeks. You will spend the first hour learning the technical and spiritual practice in a fun class setting. The next 30 minutes will be spent on meditation and the various techniques to confidently get going. Everyone is in the same boat in a supportive environment. We'd love for you to take the plunge! Immerse yourself for the next 6 weeks and watch your love and appreciation for Yoga blossom. It's always ok to start from the beginning and work your way up.
