Karin is a Les Mills accredited Bodybalance Instructor, teaching an inspiring workout combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Join her in this amazing workout designed to build total body strength and tone while also releasing muscular and mental stress and helping you relax your entire body at the end of the class in a nurturing meditation. Karin always says: “Give your body what it needs!” You will feel renewed and energized after every inspiring class. Karin loves to unleash her participants potential. Her playful approach encourages people to “live life to the fullest” and have a most relaxed yet challenging experience in each class. 

 Karin is born in Austria and a long beautiful love story brought her to Australia more than 6 years ago. She has always been dedicated to giving back to her community. As former DM Executive for charities such as UNICEF and Children’s Cancer Institute she always had a deep desire for helping others and her unique way of making the world a better place.  Its natural that Karin would find her way to @theBarre as she is wholistic in nature working for the raw natural Superfoods company Green Nutritionals endorsing a holistic and healthy lifestyle. 

 

She has a joyful, down-to-earth approach and in random order she loves Australia, the beach, Paleo foods + chocolates, exploring the world, playing Beach Volleyball, dogs, cooking, skiing and of course all things nurturing the body and the mind.
