Michael started in the fitness industry in 2008. Since then he has coached more than 3000 fitness sessions and numerous (to many to count) classes! Michael brings you a positive, motivating and very soothing Pilates class @theBarre helping you work towards your personal goals. His focus is on safe and effective movement, so technique is a big focus in class. He also provides a wide variety of options to cater for all levels of participants.
