Mel's Calm, gentle yet strong energy combination will draw you to her classes over and over again!  Her Fitness expertise is unparalleled. She has been in the fitness world for 23 years! Her latest passion is Barre Attack! Judging from the great results she gets for her members in her cycle classes, amongst the toughest and most challenging in the business, her barre classes will equally attack and shape your legs, butt and thighs giving you, her clients, the all- round fitness you need.  Loving the combination of various methods of exercise to create innovative and inspiring classes for the mind, body and soul she teaches a variety of exceptional classes including Pilates ,Cycling , boxing, Aqua, freestyle as well as Les Mills Bodystep, Bodyattack, RPM and Bodypump at Sydney's top Fitness institutions such as Fitness First and Elixir. She also brings her love of Pilates with her to our studio. 
Melinda is passionate about health and Fitness and integrates her expertise as a practicing Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist to bring you the best advice and help you to create a healthier, Streamlined you! She also uses her expertise to raise awareness of bullying and child hood obesity.
 Mel says: "In my spare time..... I enjoy competing in Triathlons and holding charity rides to raise money for "youth off the Streets" and love the ocean swims. My favourite 'Challenge Roth' in Germany and 'ironman' in Mexico" All we can say is "What spare time Mel!"           Back
