Incorporating a series of core-based movements using your bodies resistance to heal and prevent injury, increase body awareness,  improves posture, flexibility and balance. Create a more streamlined shape. Anyone can exercise this way regardless of age or fitness level. 
 
Mat classes are 55 min­utes and done bare foot. Every individual receives a program that is tailored to his or her needs and fitness level. You can book online here

3 Barre classes featuring controlled movements of ballet, modern dance, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi and gym to create a challenging workout that strengthens and streamlines the body. Our studio's feature classes include@theBarre lyrical done to romantic music and @theBarre Ballet to classical music. These graceful, flowing, dynamic combinations enhance flexibility, improve balance reinforing the core to re-shape your body. @theBarre Amplify is a strong challenging low impact cardio and strength workout to fun popular music using gliding discs as an added extra!

A A complete up beat body workout fusing the classical Ballet barre and Pilates principles to gain better posture, alignment, strength and flexibility This fast paced class burns those calories, all done to the beat of great music! It will attack and shape your legs, butt, thighs and arms.

 A A powerful and strong, low impact gym/Abs program. The greatest way to change your core. Using Tubes and weights we target your abs, glutes, thighs, back. This strong half hour workout concentrates on strength and tone. Strong and streamlined to the beat of great music!

 

A 30 min­ute high abs blast. Tubes and weight equipment are at the studio. Wear your favorite trainers/sand shoes. Bring water and a towel and you are set to go. You can book online here

A fusion workout of Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates  that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Incorporating great music to create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.  Begin the journey into a moving meditation that settles the mind and entices the body.

Perfect workout For everybody and every body! Take the work out of workout, by rejuvenating your body. Yoga's healing system of theory has been practiced for more than 5,000 years. A combination of breathing exercises and physical postures, 

Yoga is used to lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and improve sleep. This is a serious dose of nourishment each time you enter a class leaving you feeling refreshed and new. We offer Flow, Vinyassa, Hatha and Yin Yoga practices.

dance-inspired, music driven, stretch and strength class, a ‘prehab’ workout designed to prevent injury through appropriate movements, stretches and strengthening exercises. Created by Nathan Short who combined his exercise science background with a love of dance. Simple dance sequences are learned and practice applying the skill straight away. This application also allows for cardio intervals, creating a balanced workout.

Pilates Barre
  Pilates/Ballet barre Infusion

combination of Pilates and Classical Ballet created by @theBarre to strengthen the body in a most unique way. Incorporating a series of beautiful technical movements we use our bodies own resistance incorporating props such as therobands and the barre to improves posture and flexibility. Ballet and Pilates create gorgeous streamlined shapes! Anyone can exercise this way regardless of age or fitness level.

Welcome to our adult beginners ballet class. Ballet shapes, strengthens and tones your body like no other form of exercise. Anyone at any age can do this class coordinated or not!
