@theBarre Offers low-impact Pilates, Yoga and Ballet workouts and Barre classes. Workouts that can be done by people of all ages, shapes and sizes. No dance experience required! Just hold on to the ballet barre and you are ready to do an @theBarre class. While the technique is high intensity, the classes are low impact, meaning you’ll get a great workout without over stressing your joints.
People often ask us how many times a week they should exercise? Our answer is: For you to see results once a week, for others to see results 3-4 times a week! Simply our clients see their best results when they take more classes. If you have a busy schedule, start with one excellent class a week, feel good about it! Develop your fitness regime from there.
